did lot of preparation work for last wk praise and Worship

close to 2mths le, but yet to finish..
hahas..

personally, i choose these few pointers frm the bk
coz it fits well in my current situation
*something like*
-lettin people do wad they do best in their field
and maximise time by focusin on other things..
-leader don't have to do everything..
but ensure things are moving on..
-dares to delegate, a leader does well by leading,
followers do well by following

okay lah, these few pointers doesn't applies to everything.
But it works well when time is pretty constrain.
especially when have to mingle my time i have outside camp
and free time to prac and prepare in camp..

last wk's p&w is pretty well receive.
which is good of coz..
after all, if it aint good,
how can it be presented onto God.

not only me, but fellow musicians
really goes a lot extra mile than usual.
however, often than not, we were graded
by tat short hour of p&w.
... ... ...
which is not really fair.

Veron really leads well.
With her taking charge of all the things.
Arranging the music kinda much easiler..

though it takes lot of time listening and breakin the parts down..
but tats the only thing i need to focus in..
making it much more simpler

also, knowin my role as bassist, a supporting role
its very impt i dun step over the line
and plays too much..
lettin individual instrument do their role
will be just fine..
